At the age of 40, Tom Brady continues to play as well as quarterbacks almost half his age. By adopting an anti-inflammatory, plant-based diet, quarterback Brady has slowed, if not stopped, the aging process. By choosing this package, you will have the same opportunity to learn about the benefits of plant-based diets and learn how to apply your newly gained knowledge. This package involves many activities, including watching recommended videos at home (downloaded from the web at clients expense, usually not totaling more than $10), grocery store activities, pantry make over, meal planning, establishing afamily cookbook, journaling your plant-based journey on social media, monthly recipe contests and many others. This package includes four classes with university level educational content as well as expert guidance. Each session generally lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours.
