This service is a combination of an assessment and recommendations with extensive education regarding variations of thyroid deficiency and adrenal fatigue. Each person completing this educational (three sessions of 1 to 2 hours each) series will better understand thyroid functions, symptoms of hypo- and hyperthyroidism, foods / chemicals / lifestyle factors interfering with thyroid functions, and strategies to combat declining thyroid functions as we age. This educational package is one of the most important services I provide. Even if lab tests "indicate" your thyroid hormones are in the "normal" range, you may still be sub-clinically hypothyroid. Oftentimes, I find people with many physical symptoms of being hypothyroid, including goiters, with "normal" thyroid labs! For some, it may take up to a year to successfully correct your hypothyroidism. I will help guide you through the most natural and successful approaches to correcting hypothyroidism.
