This educational package includes a minimum of three 1.5 to 2 hour educational sessions. During each session, the athlete will be challenged to apply various dietary guidelines to their specific situation. Topics include the concept of biochemical individuality, the use of natural whole plant-based foods to optimize performance, sports-related nutritional assessment, determining ideal meal frequency for sport(s) played, meal size, meal composition, whether or not snacks are indicated, amount of protein / carbohydrate / fat needed, use of supplements, use of functional foods, types of liquids to use, etc. If additional athletes are interested, they may register for this package and we will schedule mutually acceptable times and locations.
