This service is a raw food chef-directed class or party. Great novel idea for a birthday party, bachelorette party or a dinner party. You choose and invite up to nine other friends. In advance of the party, we will meet and come up wtih a menu, a shopping list and an equipment list. The hardcore requirements for this party are as follows: a LARGE, CLEAN kitchen. Additionally, everyone must come prepared to have fun and learn some raw food preparation techniques. You are responsible for shopping for the food and making sure we have the required equipment. I can bring some of the equipment you don't have such as a spiralizer, dehydrator, etc. Usually the party lasts for up to four hours (depending on the menu). This is a fun and memorable party.
