This service targets those with low energy depression, agitated depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia, chronic pain syndromes and dementia. This package includes four classes. The first class includes an initial assessment and a nutrition-focused physical exam. The client will also get started on basic nutrition and lifestyle modifications. The second class covers nutrition recommendations (sometimes orthomolecular approaches are considered to be first line changes) and establishes a detailed plan. The third class covers lifestyle modifications.  The fourth class is used to re-assess and make adjustments.  The participant will need to download and watch several movies (usually no more than $10 or check Youtube), keep meticulous food records, be willing to exercise, be willing to network and be willing to make potentially big dietary changes as well as take recommended supplements. Contact me at 817.879.4980 or crystalwhitten@southern.edu to set up an appointment or if you are not in the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area, contact me and we can set up an internet-based conference call.
