Most of us could benefit from changing a few critical lifestyle habits. There is a minimum of eight lifestyle habits that when modified, lead to vastly improved health. This educational package is designed to walk you through at least 8 to 15 lifestyle habits that are associated with longevity. Having lived in the only Blue Zone in the USA for 20+ years, I understand the value a healthy lifestyle imparts. This educational package will give you tools and knowledge to lead you to a better lifestyle and ultimately a better you. We will meet three times for a 1 to 2 hour class. You may bring your significant other. If you want to invite your friends to join you, have them register for the class and we will convene at a mutually designated time and place.
